Earlier this spring we brought together a group of local shoppers and business owners to talk about their experience of the town centre. The conversation covered everything from parking and cleanliness to events and the mix of shops.
A few clear themes emerged: people value the independent shops, want more evening activity, and would like clearer signage to help visitors find their way around.
