The Enterprise Team at Horsham District Council have announced to us that The Big Nibble is to return on Sunday 6th September, and they want to invite you, our local hospitality businesses, to join in on the day’s events!
Taking place alongside our Tap & Vine Takeover Trail Weekend and the Sussex Sounds finals, the day is expected to bring increased footfall into Horsham town centre. We want to make sure all hospitality venues have the opportunity to get involved and make the most of the additional visitors.
Throughout the day, the Council’s Enterprise Team will be hosting the Live Kitchen in the Carfax. They have asked to receive expressions of interest from hospitality businesses that would like to run their own version of the concept within their venues.
For example, you could host demos, tastings, or small, interactive experiences during the event, such as sample menus, drink tastings, chef demonstrations, themed offers or behind-the-scenes experiences that give visitors a flavour of what makes your business unique.
